As a mountaineer and global program/project manager, I have learned that the mountain and large-scale tech projects share the same golden rule: success isn't just about reaching the summit; it is about knowing how to dance with the unpredictability of the weather—and the market.

With over 20 years of international experience (Schréder, Itron, Silver Spring), I have built my career at the intersection of Commercial Strategy and Solution Engineering. I don't just sell technology; I sell the resolution of complex problems that improve life in cities.

🏔️ Resilience & Navigating Uncertainty: Just like on the mountain, in complex Smart Cities and IoT projects, Plan A rarely survives first contact with reality. My specialty is Change Management: adjusting the sails, redefining routes, and ensuring the team reaches the goal, regardless of the "weather."

🏙️ From Hardware to Data (The New Era): Leading solution deployments in Paris, Copenhagen, or Australia taught me that the future isn't just about connecting streetlights. It is about Digital Twins, ML/AI, and data-driven decisions. Today, my focus is on helping organizations to do the digital transformation using the power of ML/AI, SaaS and Cloud-based solutions, and having always in mind Cybersecurity and ESG.

🌍 Global Business Development: I am a translator between worlds. I translate "tech-speak" for executives and business needs for engineering teams. This ability to align expectations (Stakeholder Management) has been crucial for closing strategic contracts and leading multicultural teams.

Currently, I am in an active period of "Un-learning and Re-learning," focused on mastering the tools that will shape the next decade: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and ESG/Sustainability.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning how to dance in the rain—and building the infrastructure that allows others to do the same.
